Appointments Appointments are based on availability. Some restrictions may apply. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments when possible. Appointments can be scheduled in advance by calling (905) 707-6602 or by email at info@petalsesthetic.com. All Email booking will be reconfirmed by your service provider within one business day. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24hr prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period. We ask that you only book services that you are 100% certain that you will be available for. Cancellations are not accepted via email. Running Late If you are running late for an appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we are able to serve other scheduled clients on time. Insurance Receipts Insurance receipts for massage are provided by the RMT upon completion of the treatment. Client Information Form For specific services we ask that you fill a client information form. Please advise your service provider if you are pregnant, have injuries or are on any special medications, please inform your service provider so appropriate products and treatments can be selected for your spa service. Please be assured that complete confidentiality is maintained with all client information. Payment For your convenience we accept all VISA, Master Card, debit cards and cash. Gift Certificate Policy Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased via phone or online at www.petalsesthetic.com. Gift certificates are available for services only and not redeemable if lost or stolen. An appointment using your gift certificate can only be made by providing the gift certificate number when making your reservation. Gift certificates for spa packages can only be redeemed for the treatments in the specified spa package, no substitutions. If appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, we will be unable to redeem your certificate. Health Conditions Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your appointment. Pregnancy We can customize a treatment for expectant mothers. Please allow us to guide you in selecting the treatments that are appropriate for you during this special time.
